Casey and Victoria incorporated a touch of Scotland with Bagpipes and Kilts at their wedding at Saguaro Buttes on October 13, 2013. The kilt is a knee-length garment with pleats at the rear, originating in the traditional dress of men and boys in the Scottish Highlands of the 16th century. The bagpipe has a long history and adds a lot to the wedding ceremony. In Casey and Victoria’s wedding the Bagpipe led the processional, walking out first, circling around and walking out before the rest of the Bridal party. Each of the groomsman wore a Scottish Kilt entering together as part of the processional with the Bridesmaids following. The flower’s colors, and bouquet matched the color of the Kilts and the Wedding Arch was decorated with a leafy vine decor. More photos can be seen on Facebook.
