What is your maximum capacity?
We can accommodate up to 300 people at the outdoor ceremony site, and the indoor reception hall holds up to 265 people with an additional 50 on the adjoining patio.
What if it rains on our wedding day?
The ceremony can easily be moved indoors with minimal effort for inclement weather.
Do we have to share the site on our wedding day?
No, you have exclusive use of the site for your special day.
How long can we use the site?
Evening events commence at 3:00pm to 2:00am. These times can also vary in order to fit the needs of different events as long as it is prearranged.
Are Ministerial Services included with the use of the site?
Yes, personalized and customized ceremonies are included at no charge.
Can we bring in our own officiant?
Yes.
Are event planners included with use of your site?
Yes, our event professionals will help you plan and coordinate your entire event from start to finish.
Can people get ready before an event at the site?
Yes, private accommodations are available for the bride and groom and their attendants. We provide full facilities with showers.
How far in advance do I need to book a Date?
Saguaro Buttes has become very popular over a short period of time, dates are booking out up to a year and a half in advance. It is important if you want a certain date to book as soon as possible.
What time of the day should I have my wedding?
For sunset weddings it is good to have your start time about 60 to 90 minutes before sunset. For sunset times click on this link. Sunset Times
What is the best time of the year for my Wedding?
This is a personal preference. The most demanded dates are in the Spring and Fall. But Summer months can offer some great values and some real nice weather. During the Summer months the evenings at Saguaro Buttes can be very comfortable, with a cooler breeze off the Rincon Mountains. For more information on average temperatures click here. Do you provide premarital counseling?
Yes, we encourage every couple to take advantage of the free premarital counseling that is offered. Counseling is not required to be married at Saguaro Buttes but we do highly encourage couples to take advantage of this service. We are interested it seeing couples have successful marriages for years to come. For more information. Premarital Counseling
When can I get a tour of the property?
Our normal hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Saturdays by appointments only. It is best to call in advance (647-0994) for an appointment. Other times are available for tours but must be scheduled by appointment.
