My Tucson Wedding

 Sometimes, what is considered the worst possible weather for an outdoor wedding can surprisingly have the best outcome. This beautiful photo of Lacy and Cody was taken on a November evening, following a rainy and overcast day.  About 45 minutes before the ceremony, the rain stopped and they had a wonderful wedding ceremony. As you can see they also have some of the most beautiful sunset photos imaginable.  When it is raining on your wedding day, and you have an outdoor ceremony planned it can cause a little panic, especially if your heart is set on having it outdoors. It is always important, even in Arizona, to have a “plan B” in place. At Saguaro Buttes we simply pull the ceremony into our beautiful reception area.

Photographers also love having clouds in the sky because it adds texture and color to the pictures, especially at sunset. So, if it is raining on your wedding day, take heart, you may end up with pictures of your wedding as beautiful as those of Lacy and Cody.
