After the ceremony and before the dinner, your guests will have a cock-tail hour to enjoy while they wait for all those beautiful wedding pictures to be taken. One nice way to thank them for coming is by serving hors d’oeuvres right after the wedding ceremony. River’s Edge Catering offers a variety of butler passed hors d’oeuvres. This is a very elegant and a great way of making sure everyone gets served. Of course River’s Edge Catering can also provide trays of finger foods as well if you do not have the time or patience to put together your own appitizers. You are more than welcome to purchase trays from your favorite Grocery Store or Costco and bring them in as well. Our staff will set them out as the ceremony is being conducted so that your guests will have them immediately following.
