At Saguaro Buttes we include a Buffet meal provided by “River’s Edge Catering”, usually served on the back patio. There are many options and different meals to choose from that are included in our Gold package. Beside the standard chicken meal with your choice of a dozen different sauces and styles, there are our “Themed Menus” which include; Italian, Mexican Buffet, Ranch Buffet, Sonoran BBQ, Classic BBQ. Menus can be upgraded to include Beef, Pork or Fish or a plated dinner, at your choosing.
All meals are served by Tuxedo wait staff, which also includes coffee, iced tea and water. At Saguaro Buttes, three times a year we offer a “Taste Testing” which includes a variety of the menu options to be sampled by the bride and groom. Pictured here at a recent wedding is the Mexican Buffet which includes your choice of two; Beef Fajitas, Chicken Fajitas, Cheese Enchiladas, Chicken Enchiladas, Green Chili, Chicken Tacos, Red Chili Beef Tacos, Carne Asada, Green Chili Pork Tacos, Red Chili Beef Tamales, Green Chili Tamales, Chicken Tamales, or Chicken Enchilada Pie. This Buffet is also served with Guacamole, Salsa, Cheese, Sour Cream, Lettuce and Onions and Fresh Corn and Flour Tortillas, Spanish Rice, Refried Beans and Tri-Colored Tortilla chips.
