Burning the “Man Suit”

Burning the Darlene and J were married at Saguaro Buttes on a beautiful evening in Tucson on January 22nd. 2011. With Temperatures around 70 degrees at ceremony time, Pastor Dave performed the ceremony and they included a unique part that they called, burning the “Man Suit” (a set of overalls), during the ceremony.

Darlene held up the “Man Suit” and J lit it on Fire. The symbolism was meant to convey that Darlene was turning complete responsibility over to “J’ for all the Man Jobs that needed to be done around the home.

No animals or humans were injured during ceremony, and everyone had a good laugh.
