One of the great advantages to having your wedding or event at Saguaro Buttes is that you have not one, but two full time Certified Wedding Coordinators. A Certified Wedding Coordinator is someone who has not only a lot of experience putting on events, but also has been through and completed an extensive course by a recognized school in Wedding and Events. Yes they do exist.
Both Cindy and Natalie have completed their certification as Wedding Coordinators. Natalie completed the QC School of Wedding Planning, and Cindy completed the course from the American Academy of Wedding Professionals. Cindy has over 20 years experience of planning and conducting events, with hundreds of weddings at Saguaro Buttes. Natalie has worked for several years in the wedding industry and brings a freshness and understanding of the most current trends.
Many times people do not understand the advantage this provides. Our coordinators will spend many hours with each bride and groom going over every detail of your wedding/event; timeline, colors, guest count, centerpieces, setup, options, menus, etc. They will be available through phone, email, and text messaging to answer and take care of any and all questions, and are committed to respond quickly usually the same day or within 24 hours. They are in the office 40 hours a week and are available for face to face appointments. They will make a number of phone calls, set appointments, and contact various vendors for you as well.
The wedding Coordinator is there to make your life easy, and your event as problem free as possible. They will take a lot of the stress out of putting on your event. Not only will they be there for you during the months of preparation, but they will also be there the night of the event to make sure all the details come together. They work closely with all the vendors to ensure a smooth execution of your event.
One complaint that is heard from Brides and Grooms in regard to various venues is that they are having a tough time getting in contact or getting an answer quickly after they book their wedding.
