Is the officiant licensed in Arizona?
Yes. Our officiants are fully licensed in the state of Arizona. Your ceremony is legally recognized. No courthouse required.
Do we need to bring witnesses?
No. Arizona no longer requires witnesses to marry, so it really can be just the two of you. Prefer to share the moment? Bring up to 20 of your favorite people. They’re included in your $800.
When are dates available?
Monday through Thursday is our standard window for couples booking within 60 days. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday dates within 30 days are available upon request, subject to availability. Reach out and we’ll check your specific date same day.
Can we bring our own photographer?
Yes. The $375 photo add-on is completely optional. You are welcome to bring your own photographer. Just let us know when you book so we can coordinate property access.
Can we have a micro wedding instead of an elopement?
Yes. Invite up to 20 guests for a small, intimate ceremony at the same flat $800.

Saguaro Buttes is a private 26-acre desert venue at 5825 S Old Spanish Trail in Tucson, AZ, about 20 minutes from downtown.
Can we bring food or alcohol?
No outside alcohol or food is permitted on the property. This applies to all guests and vendors without exception.
